We are visiting Rome for a long weekend. We were between two open bus tours and looking for an authentic Italian restaurant for lunch. We were very lucky to turn a corner and find this gem. The waiters are very friendly and super helpful. The food on display for the buffet looks incredible. We both had starters from the buffet which were excellent. I then have the pasta with porcini mushrooms. My wife had the grilled lamb steaks with roast potatoes. Both plates of food were perfectly cooked. The wine the waiter suggested was also excellent. We had a lovely leisurely lunch sat outside this amazing restaurant. It is shame we are not in Rome for longer as I would love to return.

Whenever I arrive or pass through Rome, I ALWAYS eat lunch or dinner at da Nazzareno! Best spaghetti alla carbonara, cacio e pepe in Rome and the best antipasti counter, like in the good old days! Delicious lamb and other specialties when in season.

What I liked: From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere at Da Nazzareno was relaxed and welcoming, creating a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish, adding to the overall pleasant ambiance. The drink selection, particularly the house wine and Negroni, was outstanding and should not be missed. As for the food, the Cacio e Pepe and meatballs were just as remarkable as on previous visits, consistently delivering on quality and flavor. What could be improved: I cannot think of any areas that require improvement.

This was our first meal in Italy and it exceeded our expectations. The server was very attentive and friendly. We followed his recommendations for the appetizer and entree and both were excellent. If you want to eat well and enjoy a relaxed dinner experience this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

We had the best food here at this restaurant Da Nazzareno, had incredible customer service on both nights. Would have been 3 nights but its closed on Sunday. Cristian, Carlo and Franco gave us excellent cistomer service both times. We definitely recommend the steak, mixed salad and the pastas. That's all we had, all had delicious flavor and with this great service it was even better. I highly recommend. We didn't take lots of pictures because we got our food that is to die for and went for it right away. I had the steak both nights plus pasta carbonara. Cristian thank you for helping me celebrate my mother and friends birthday. I payed this amount for 3 people having steak and wine. I definitely greatly appreciate all that was done. Thank you to all Da Nazzareno employees aka family members.
